John MacLean lives and works in London, UK. John has been an established, freelance photographer since 1998. He is a full member of The Association of Photographers.
Although specializing in the field of architectural photography (including interior design), John also undertakes commissions in aerial photography and architectural visualisation photography.

John graduated with a BA (Hons) in Photography and subsequently spent four years working at the Royal College of Art before becoming an independent photographer.
He has had two books published: Cambridge (An Architectural Guide), and Edinburgh (A Guide to Recent Architecture).
John’s portfolio includes work from all over the world. He has photographed in China, Japan, Russia, Brazil, Mexico, UAE, Hong Kong, Indonesia and extensively in North America.
